My partner and I have been looking to purchase a car for several months now and have looked at over 10 different dealerships for the perfect vehicle. A co worker of mine mentioned that she purchased her car at this dealership and insisted that we stop by and check it out before purchasing. I called two weeks ago and set up an appointment to look at 2 different vehicles that had caught our attention online. Upon arriving to the dealership, our sales rep. Arthur was ready to take care of us, no long waits or anything, we thought that was a great way to start. Arthur was fantastic. He understood what we were looking for and took the time to pull up his inventory and show us other vehicles that might interest us. We looked at 5 different cars and were encouraged by Arthur to test drive any which one, we drove 3 and as predicted, fell in love with one of them...our first choice online and at the dealership. We are both very happy to recommend this dealership to our friends and family. We really felt appreciated and everything went so smoothly. We purchased our car for the best price and feel that this was def. the way to go. We just wanted to share our experience and with others the best of luck!

Just bought a used Mercedes 4 days ago from Barclay and he was a great salesman! Extremely professional, friendly, and helped me find the perfect car. I have had no problems with my car yet since I've had it and I know that 21st Century would help me out if I did. This is the perfect place to buy a car, I wouldn't imagine going anywhere else!

Went into this dealer to purchase a used car. They had the car we wanted and agreed on a price so we left a deposit to finalize our deal on the purchase price only needed to bring in our car the next business day so they can look at our car for trade and give us an accurate trade in value. We were on our way back the next business day when we received a call that they had sold the car to another customer. Not only did they sell the car in which we left a deposit they did not want to give our deposit back. Good thing was on a credit card so disputted the charge with the bank. So buyers beware as they do not operate their business in a profesional manner

I called from MD on several occasions and spoke to a Rep about a vehicle I like and i was assured the vehicle would be there. when i arrived saturday car was sold. i also called friday evening, then saturday morning before driving from MD to NJ. they try to sell me another car which was dirty, big crack in front of bumper, scratch and raise the price. I was already approved by my bank but they were trying to force me to go through them. after several deals gone bad, manager shows up and try to scam me as well. i just said no thank you and walked away empty handed. i will call better business bureau. these business should not be allowed to scam or mistreat customers and get away with it.

Stay away from this dealership as they are not professionals and have no exp on what they are selling. The cars are overpriced and not in good conditions at all. Damages in the interiors and exterior with scratches and dents. Headlights not working TPMS not working as well. Do yourself a favor and save your time by not going to this establishment. Advertisement is not accurate. If you find a car you like on their website, don't bother to go there as they will not have the car there. I was told that one of the cars I was looking for was "being driven by a manager" but "don't worry none of the employees live far". Are you kidding?! The employees are driving the cars around as if they own them.

I live in upstate NY and drove 6 hrs. to purchase a 2009 BMW 335. On my way there I got a phone call from Tia (my salesperson) that the car was having computer problems. She told me to stop and get something to eat while she found out if the problem can be resolved. I was angry and disappointed to say the least, but I stopped and got my girlfriend and I something to eat and waited for Tia's call. She called me back and told me the car had to go to the dealer for service and should still come down. I told her how disappointed I was but she assured me that I would leave happy. For some reason I believed her. I got to the dealership 3 hrs. later. I eventually bought a 2010 Audi A5 with better mileage and lower price. I can say that this car is my dream car. Tia was true to her word and I left the dealership extremely happy.

I called this dealership and was greeted by the internet sales department with warmth and confidence that I would get great deal. There was no hassle over the phone and was invited in for their Labor day blow out Sale. I went to the dealership and the same respect was given just like over the phone. The sales person showed me the car I was looking for but soon to find out the ML350 I was looking for was not the car, I need a bigger vehicle. They carry a wide range of vehicle and the sales guy showed me a GL450. I fell in love with the car and features along with the size that I needed. Everything was great, thanks to the detail guys my vehicle looks brand new! I wish this dealership luck and would recommend for anyone to try out 21 Century if you want to save money and get respected as a buyer not as money (Commission) like other dealers would. To bad I couldn't drive away with what the owner was driving, CL600, maybe next time!

My sister in law was looking for a new car and previously, my husband and I had purchased with this dealership. I never had a regret with my car and really looked forward to helping her find something with the same company, they didn’t let us down. We dealt with Aaron who took the time to show us the vehicles in stock and answered all of our questions. We were very happy to have had this gentleman aid us in our shopping and about two weeks ago, my brother and his wife also ended up purchasing their BMW SUV with 21 Century Auto.
