Starting off would like to thank Tom in the internet sales dept. who helped me choose the car of my dreams !!! Tom then transferred me to the sales person named Victor who helped us close the deal. Tommy was so helpful on the price of the vehicle and all the numbers. I explain to him that I was coming all the way from New York state and New Jersey was out my way of about 4 hours. When I came to the dealership I wasn expecting to be in and out, because with other experiences I would be there for about 6 hours in less than one hour I was out the door with my 2011 Range Rover Sport!! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone & every body

I wasted over 3 hours driving to this dealership after making an appointment and having received a call confirming my appt. 10 minutes prior to my arrival. There didn't have the car that I came to see nor did they have the car for at least a week prior. I have never witnessed such lack of professionalism or consideration. This dealership should be avoided at all costs.

My greatest experience ever!! A friend of mine had referred me to 21 century auto group after my long quest in search of a perfect luxury used car and with no disappointment, everything I was told was exactly as stated. The dealership staff were very professional and welcoming. I purchased my 2005 X5 and my salesman Barclay was very knowledgeable of the overall process with no pain nor haggling over numbers. I was in and out with my beautiful X5 within an hour. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.. (05 x5 ) with only 60,157 miles I love it !!!

Recently purchased a Mercedes Benz c300 and i had a great experience with the dealership from my sales rep to finance to the mangers everyone treated me great! I'm so happy with my vehicle and im so happy with the service they still provide until this day!

Wouldnt choose another delership besides 21 Century. Made a purchase with this group about 4 months ago and couldnt be happier to this day. My payments were so affordable and the car has been working perfectly. Arthur was a pleasure to deal with and was able to answer all of my questions, every 100 of them I asked! His patience was very much appreciated and made all the difference in the world to a first time shopper!

I have had so many bad experiences with several dealerships in the past 8 months. I purchased an Audi SUV from a DCH dealership and boy was that a mistake. The vehicle was pre-owned but they told me everything was working great, a week later my transmission ended up overheating on a family trip. BIG MISTAKE! I went to the 21 Century dealership because a close family friend had recommended it to me. They told me their experience with their vehicle and the staff was exceptional and I took their word for it. Our sales representative was Arthur H. Within the first several minutes, I was pleased with the manner in which this gentleman handled our sale. Arthur was very professional, enthusiastic and after explaining my previous situation with the Audi, he suggested a vehicle and promised the dealership stood behind what they sold. This time, I test drove the car and asked everything about it before I purchased. I brought my mechanic along with me and he took a quick look at the more mechanic details and told me the vehicle was really well maintained and taken care of. Overall, my family and I are very happy with our new BMW SUV and above all, impressed and very pleased with the service we received. We have not had a problem with this car and would highly recommend this dealership to others. Thank you 21 Auto Group!
