This is the best used dealership my husband and I have been to. The staff are very helpful and professional. They let us take the car off the lot to be inspected by an outside mechanic and final paperwork was very efficient and straight forward. We worked with Daniel Ortega which was a pleasure from start to finish. All around a great experience. If they have a car you are interested in I would definitely recommend buying from them.

My wife and I went truck shopping and came across Berkenkotter Motors from a Google search of the best truck dealerships near me. Berkencotter was on the list so after searching their web page we selected a truck we liked. When we arrived Greg Wolaver gave us a warm greeting and ask us what we were interested in. We showed him the stock number and he took us to the truck we liked, he also pointed out other trucks in our price range. He especially pointed out a truck that was a great deal. We test drove our selected truck and then drove the great deal truck. Sold! The best part about the whole experience was no pressure sales and honesty. We offered a trade in and were advised by Greg to not use it as a trade in as we could make more off of it if we sold it instead. Greg was friendly and very helpful. Would gladly do business with him again.

The people at Berkenkotter made buying a truck enjoyable instead of a chore. Dan & his guys are educated, honest, all around good people! I / we were very excited to buy a new car, our dream car, after our other car had been totalled. In the process of buying the car at berkerkotters we were told that certain cosmetic things would be repaired before signing papers. Come to find out nothing was properly fixed. What was fixed had stickers on top and what wasn't fix we were told there were no parts to be found. After doc. Signing we received a phone call stating they couldn't find some of the paperwork and we needed to sign new copies. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Love the car but totally regret going there. My husband called a parts place and surly there are new parts that can be found for this make and model. Never going there for another car!

Bought an 06 Duramax a few months back and it's been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. And that's taking into consideration plenty of cars I've driven straight off the lot. Working with Greg was phenomenal! He was patient and took into consideration my need for a truck and did not try to push me into a vehicle that did not work for me. If I ever feel the need to acquire something that doesn't drink so much fuel, I'll be back! Thanks Greg :)!
