Dan, Allan, Gino and Bret at Berkenkotter Motors were FANTASTIC!!! Best deal ever!! We were in and out in record time too!!! We Love this place !!! Great family owned-business, they were friendly, professional , transparent about the wear-tear on the used vehicles we purchase and even made a few minor repairs on relevant, easy-fix items. This is our new go-to for any future purchases or vehicle repairs!! These folks are honest and fair. Great experience!!

I bought a Wrangler JKU from Berkenkotter a little over a

I bought a Wrangler JKU from Berkenkotter a little over a year ago. Within a week, the U joint failed. About a month later, power steering went out. Recently had to replace the oil manifold. And two days ago, the engine blew. I only put 10k miles on it, but have already spent over $8k on my $15k Jeep. Now it’s got another $8-9k repair to be drivable. If I’d wanted to spend $30k in the first place, I would have. I’m doing a voluntary repo on this car, because I don’t want it. It’s just a money pit. I asked them originally when the first issues appeared if I could get a different car instead, one that was actually worth what I was paying. But they just wanted to charge me more money to fix it. They made this lemon my problem. Run fast and run far. They sure won’t stand by this reputation when we’re down to brass tacks. I wish I’d never even heard of them.

The salesman was very helpful and went out of the way to help me on this deal. I greatly appreciate his help. I would buy another vehicle from this location and not hesitate to recommend people their way. Again I thank Luis and the people at this location. Keep up the good work!

I was taken advantage of the truck needed so much work

I was taken advantage of the truck needed so much work and they knew rack n piñon brakes cv axles wheel bearings struts shocks upper control arms and ball joints all need to be replaced I have already spent well over $3500 on what I’ve replaced so for and now another $1000 for the control arms and ball joints I was told brakes were done the rear brakes alone the drums were seized the adjusters were inside the drum rolling around the shoes were nonexistent and I was told they were at 50% Lie so not only was the truck unsafe to sell but on top of what I paid for it and now an additional $4000 it is definitely not worth $14000 DO NOT BUY FTOM THEM unless your prepared to do all kinds of work and spend way more then the truck is worth and forget about them working with you the manager Mike Wright is a nasty liar they don’t replace cracked windshields like he claims on the bbb website my tpms light was on and they did nothing about it they knew this truck had major issues and they seen a female come I. And totally screwed me over and of course won’t remedy anything ever

Found my daughter's 1st car on their website and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience all the way to delivery. The sent the car to Castle Rock, detailed it perfectly and my daughter is beyond elated. Highly recommend these guys..... comforting to buy a car the old-school way and get what you ask for !!

Working with this dealership has always been an amazing

Working with this dealership has always been an amazing experience with me. We have purchased three campers from them and our first full-size truck. Daniel has been amazing to work with. Most recent experience had financing done, and probably four hours over the phone, on a Saturday and was able to pick up the vehicle on Monday, The dealership will definitely be one to come back to!

Best dealership I have ever worked with.

Best dealership I have ever worked with. I work 7 days a week they responded to me even on a Sunday. They go above and beyond and got me approved within less than 12 hours. My truck got hit on Friday and I was in the hospital through as Saturday and started looking in Sunday. I was approved and get to go pick up my truck within 48 hours. If you need a vehicle they are the go to. Friendliest staff and when I’m in need again I will be going back there, my wife and I got a tired of getting screwed over by small dealerships and they didn’t hesitate. Best ever and if I could give 100 stars I would.

Attempted to buy a jeep liberty.

Attempted to buy a jeep liberty. The end result was a vehicle that couldn't pass emissions testing, the sky slider leaked water on my personal property & tools in the back, check engine light came on after about 30 min of driving (yes they flip codes like many shady car dealers). I'm relocating for work, had to hold a rental for weeks, and they ended up buying the vehicle. I yelled at them on the way out the door and said verbatim "I don't even want to be here!" Do NOT trust these guys. Get a second opinion on any purchase from a mechanic.

The purchased the vehicle back***. Please take any commentary in response feom this business in the context of an entity simply defending it's margins one comment at a time. These guys lie, but give them a tiny bit of grace as they've obviously been made cynical by the consumers they serve.
