poor Rick Watson, I drive him crazy.
Rick has sold me so many cars and trucks, how many? "forget about it" LOL. The point is he just looks at me and shakes his little bald head......."now what do you want this week" he says. Service Department
Stopped in with out an appt due to the air bag warning light was on. Just wanted to see that the could get the code so they knew what to fix. I had fully planned on having to bring the car back to have the problem fixed. Not only did they get me right in to check the code, they had the time to make the repair while I waited. Couldn't ask for a better experience or service.

Least pressure salesman ever!
I was looking for a Kia Soul online and found one that had my options at Coughlin. I emailed the dealership on Sunday afternoon expecting to be contacted Monday. Within minutes someone emailed me back with a few questions and then told me who they'd be giving my information to. On Monday my husband and I decided to go look at the Soul at Coughlin. They greeted us outside. I told the salesman the name I'd been giving online. He directed us to Jim Miller who was in his office. He sat there and listened to all my must haves and wants for my Kia Soul. He immediately looked in his inventory and pulled up the one I wanted in the color I wanted. Told me to test drive it, so we did. We came back and told him we wanted to trade in my Honda Pilot. Jim mainly listened to us and answered questions when needed. No high pitch sales talk, no talking about himself unless we asked. He was patient too. Near the end I changed my mind on color and he quickly found the exact car in my new color and just smiled. My husband feels they gave us a good deal on our trade in too. I'd definitely recommend buying your car from Coughlin and ask for Jim Miller.

Wonderful experience
I worked with Rick and he was great and very patient with me. I found the SUV I wanted online and drove from Columbus to check it out and there were many cars to choose from. I test-drove a couple different cars before leaving with the one that I wanted. He was very patient with me ( I was there for a while trying to decide which car I wanted). They had several great deals that day and I was very happy with that. The thing that brought me in was the fact that I could do no money down (depending on credit). I knew my credit was good so I went with it. I am very pleased and I would recommend them. I feel like I got a great deal on the 07 Hyundai Santa Fe!

Oil Change
2014 Chevy Silverado oil change = 1 hour 50 minutes! 3 more RECALLS...no courtesy vehicles because "they have too many miles on them"..."you'll have to bring it back...those are lengthy fixes". So let me get this straight...1 hr and 50 minutes on a 45 minute job and I get to drive 30 minutes one way back down here to fix problems that are Chevy ' s to begin with? Very unprofessional when pertaining to customer service.

Messed up paperwork will not fix mistake
We turned in our car we leased there. We ended up buying it to trade in because of miliage. Now GMAC has asked us to pay miliage. Coughlin said no you don't owe miliage you bought the car we will fix it. They never did and it is still on our credit report. Coughlin sold our old car off their used lot. Very unhelpful will never have our business or trust again!
