Honest, friendly, helpful, open to negotiation, with no pressure to buy!! We would recommend this place, especially salesman Brett Eisenhauer! 😀 My husband and I are from the Sunbury area and our out-of-state daughter really wanted to buy a used Subaru Outback. This place had one and she asked us to check it out...2017, low miles, at a decent price. Brett answered our many questions, pointed out a few things we had missed (a few exterior cosmetic things), and was willing to take a lower offer to his manager, Gary. A counter offer was made and we said, "Yes!"😀 They handled all the paperwork with our daughter...long distance. We paid them, the title's in her name, and we drove it home. Easy-peasy! When she comes home for Easter, she'll be driving her new (used) car back to NC!! Thanks, Brett!! 😀 Angela C (Marengo, OH)

After visiting 4 dealerships on Friday I ended up at this one and from start to finish it was a great experience. Mike Pallone was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Buying a new car is stressful enough as it is but with his help I was able to walk away with exactly what I wanted!!! Thanks Mike for all your help and for being so easy to work with!! I would highly recommend him and this dealership if you're looking to buy a new car also!

I'm fine with work that was done.

I'm fine with work that was done. But do not want any more lists of things that would cost me a lot of money to do. Keep these lists out of my sight please. I can get this work done anywhere and will not be pressured by you or anyone else.

The service department had my vehicle for 15 days with

The service department had my vehicle for 15 days with minimal communications. Called to remind them going out of town and need vehicle. Picked up vehicle with no repairs as they are waiting on parts.

Always very friendly and courteous when I have had my oil

Always very friendly and courteous when I have had my oil change. I also have an ASE Inspection completed as well. Brad always makes sure to explain any issues or replacements that I may need in the future.
