Awesome Experience, Most Friendly Dealer Out There!

These guys are the best, always a pleasure to deal with. They are honest and go the extra mile which is hard to find! They were able to help me get out of a car that was not working out for me with my current situation. They listened to all of my concerns and found a car that worked for me and I am extremely satisfied how the whole deal played out. Make this your first stop when looking for a Chevy!

We had a very ROCKY beginning to our Coughlin Nissan...

We had a very ROCKY beginning to our Coughlin Nissan experience but MATT DILLON stepped in and took care of making this mistake on their part a positive outcome. He worked with us and we came to a satisfactory resolution. We both compromised. They met the ad amount but instead of zero down we put 1500.00 to get the the correct 369.00 before taxes. We are ok with this. They did their best to get to their figure in the ad without a major loss. Matt went well beyond what any other person would have done. He sat with us and went over every detail of the car which helped tremendously. He was great to do business with and we intend on calling upon him once we are ready to purchase a car for our daughter. Things may have started off a little rocky but they have ended with a five star rating!!

Great Experience!

Thank you Jim Miller! You were very helpful and courteous when we bought our smartcar on April 3,2014. I appreciate the time you took to find the right financing to fit our budget.Also Jeremy explained the financial end of our purchase very very well. This is the first car that I have purchased from you and I rate you Superior to other dealers I have delt with in the past. Be sure I will check you out when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.

Nissan Quest Purchase

Puchased a Nissan Quest though Jim Miller at Coughlin within the past ten days. The buying experience was very comfortable with no pressure. Jim was knowledgeable in all areas of the vehicle. His follow up after the sale has been excellent. We would recommend him and Coughlin very highly.

Great Experience

My husband and our two children visited Jim Miller at Coughlin Kia of Newark, OH today. Got a great deal on a new car, our trade-in value, and our monthly payment on loan for the new car. All of the staff was friendly and the overall experience was very pleasant. My new car was inspected, detailed and filled up with gas prior to leaving and we love our new 2014 Kia Forte. Thanks so much to Jim Miller and his spectacular customer service.

My parents bought a car from Jim Miller and were very satisfied. I was in need of a new vehicle so they recommended Jim, and I came home the same day with my car. Kia Soul....love it!

Great Job

We recently purchased a GMC Acadia from Newark location and they definitely get 5 stars. Rick Watson was easy to work with and mad sure we were satisfied. he was consistently friendly and courteous by phone and in person. Rick also went above and beyond in straightening out an error on our Carfax report, so we could move the sale along quicker. Jeremy in finance made that part of the process painless (but we still got writer's cramp from the amount of paperwork!). thanks, Donna and Jeff K

I have purchased over a dozen new vehicles in my life...

I have purchased over a dozen new vehicles in my life time. This was by far the easiest and quickest I have purchased to date. Jim was very responsive to my inquiries, got me answers right away and I walked out with the new car in under 2 hours! Thanks Coughlin and Jim Miller!

Our experience with Steve and Brent was one of the best...

Our experience with Steve and Brent was one of the best we've had at a car dealership. We let Brent know beforehand our situation and what we would like to happen. Brent worked with us and was able to achieve what we had hoped for. We left very happy! We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant and smooth transaction. We were never pushed or haggled and that is one thing that made this whole sale worth it. We made the decisions. We highly recommend both of these gentlemen. You won't get the shadiness or arrogance here!
