We are not people that particularly like purchasing a vehicle. Mostly because of the "song and dance" and sometimes "bait and switch" from previous experiences. We found the truck we wanted, after several months of looking, at Coughlin Chevrolet in Circleville. We prepared ourselves for another stressful day and went in to look at the truck after making arrangements with Randy Reece. We were more than shocked at seeing the Vehicle up front and center with my husbands name on a paper saying it was being held for him. We were approached by a few salesmen but respectfully. More than once we looked at each other, baffled, we were used to being hounded. We spoke to Randy who treated us with so much respect and courtesy. The Financial rep was so pleasant and fun to talk to. Everyone was more than respectful and I felt like we were visiting with friends instead of a car lot. We have a special needs son and I cant express enough how accommodating they ALL were, start to finish. This was the very BEST experience we have EVER had. Process was fabulous. Went very smoothly with no problems. Price was great. Have purchased new and used cars from this dealer over the years and always been very happy.

I saw the car on the internet and drove over 3 hours to see and buy the car. I decided the price savings was worth the drive. The saleswoman, Cindy, was very helpful, and worked to expedite the buying process so I could get back on the road. Bonus - she set up my phone with my car before I left.

This was an overall great experience. Bought a used truck and was given a detailed breakdown of the history of the vehicle and a great breakdown of the differences of the brands. It was fantastic and I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

I went down to Circleville to look at the Cad XT5. They did not have the color I wanted, I asked if they could find me one. Josh Hixon, my sales person said he would find me one. I went down to look at it and bought it. Josh was very thorough on showing me all the features... I like my 2019 silver Cad. XT5 very much. It was an easy and pleasurable experience and all the people were very friendly.

bill from circleville again. We spoke to Doug the general manager about the problems with the focus. He took better care of us than I could've hoped. Gave us a very generous trade in value for the focus as is and we left with a very nice MKX. Very happy now and highly recommend Coughlins.
