We bought a 2021 Blazer and my wife is thrilled! The customer service was top notch and we recommend this dealership without a doubt.. Jodie Bell, Ben Stroup and Susan Sikora treated us like we were their only customers and we appreciated that. Highly recommend going to see them if you are even thinking about buying or trading in a car or truck.

Purchased my first vehicle there. Sales person was amazing. Sale was quick and no hassle. We use the service department for our other vehicle. They always do an amazing job.

Theresa our sales woman was a pleasure to work with....

Theresa our sales woman was a pleasure to work with. There was a minor mechanical issue with the vehicle and it was taken care of immediately. The only complaint I have is that I made an appointment to the see the vehicle but upon arrival, it was filthy, inside and out. It was taken care of but we had to stick around a little longer than we wanted to. It also took quite a while to get into finance. Nothing that transpired would keep us from dealing there again.

unethical

Drove 3 hours to buy a beautiful vehicle, and it was, yet the sales people couldn’t be any less accommodating. Except Dave- the driver who met me to show me the vehicle. He was great. Expect ZERO wiggle room on price, super under valued appraisal on trade (Carmax was 4K higher!!) and no facilitation in helping to make transaction possible, even at sticker price. Vehicle was sold 5 min after I walked out and still in parking lot even though I called numerous times. Terrible customer service- horrible way of doing business.

Hi Brandy. We price our vehicles very competitively due to the current market and typically do not have wiggle room on pricing, which is able to be discussed over the phone. We apologize that we weren't able to come to a deal and the inconvenience of driving up to our lot. Unfortunately, we had multiple customers interested in that Yukon that we held for you while you drove up. Since you left and told us you were not interested, the vehicle went to the next in line. Service has been great every time we have it done at Coughlin's in Circleville! I had to cancel and reschedule due to snow and living so far away (Portsmouth, Ohio) but was able to with no problem!!

Went the extra mile

Great buying experience. I was looking for an popular color and option combination that was difficult to find in central ohio. I visited multiple web sites and several dealerships in person without success. Coughlin went out of their way to find the exact car I wanted and even delivered it on a Saturday. Everyone I worked with was very professional and helpful.
