Coughlin Circleville

I was looking for a late model, low mile, used truck and Coughlin had what I was looking for; a 2014 Ford F-150. Overall, this is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Coughlin, and the 2nd from Chris Rankin, who has made my car buying experience a lot easier.

I owned a Ford Mustang back in 2004 and needed to find a local dealer for service. Coughlin took really good care of my baby, but I soured on Ford and Checy in general due to American car quality in general. However, Cuoghlin impressed me so much with their service, that I just continue to bring my cars there, regardless of where I buy them from.

Buying a vehicle at Coughlin was a nice experience. Dale our salesman, was really nice and understood what I was looking for and didn’t try to sell me a car I didn’t want. They were willing to work with you on pricing and I drove away very happy!

Everyone was very polite. My appointment was 8:30 I WAS OUT IN LESS THAN One hour.Everything was great , I enjoyed the visit would recommend them anytime.

Ford F150 was towed in on a Saturday afternoon. Doug in the service dept. called me Monday morning with the repair and estimate. Was able to pick the vehicle up on Tuesday plus getting the oil changed while it was in for repair. Doug in the service dept. is always most courteous and helpful.

Was in for an oil change and received excellent service. Will always have my vehicle serviced at Coughlin in Circleville. I’ve had my GMC serviced on the GMC side and Ford side. Excellent customer service.

I called him on Friday and she got me in 8:15 on Saturday and had to recalls and my car is running excellent Now using less gas thank you very much

I wish I had more money to buy another truck just so I could sit a talk to my salesperson Barbie. Make sure to ask for Barbie when you are at the Circleville facility.

Tony was great. Made getting my new car easy. Helped get us the best deal possible. Everyone there very professional. Definitely would recommend Coughlin of Circleville.

Took our 2015 Buick Enclave in for regular service. Appointment was made and they were ready when we got there. We were on our way within a short amount of time. The technicians are very courteous and informative.
