Buyer

We were very pleased with our sales person. We did not like the finance program used by Ford. It did not work properly at the time. It blacked out where my signature was supposed to go. Took a long time to finish process.

I had a car leased with Coughlin that was going to an end. Needed to see my options. Forest was great. Second time to have him as my sales associate.

Yukon delivered

Called looking for a particular color Yukon Denali with certain wheels, Coughlin had the vehicle, I live in Michigan did the whole deal on line and phone. Delivered it up to Findlay half way without a flaw.

Starting problems. Found battery was faulty

Ron is a very helpful and knowledgeable service manager. Work is always well done and completed as soon as possible. They do their best to keep their promises.

Went in to dealership to LOOK....ended up buying

Friday afternoon, June 21, decided to see what XT5s were available locally before driving to Columbus to look. Found the XT5 in the color and accessories I was interested in. Sales person, Randy Reese, answered the few questions I had and prepared the XT5 for a test drive. There was no pressure to purchase. The decision was mine. I signed on the dotted line on that day then returned the next day to finalize the lease and turn in my CTS.
