I have purchases a few used cars in the past but this was was my first new car purchase so I was a little nervous. However, both the sales associate and sales manager made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The entire process was much more pleasant than experiences at other dealerships. There was no pressure to buy features that I was not interested and the pricing was very straightforward. The service after the sale has also been exceptional. I will definately purchase future vehiches from Bob Moore Cadillac in Norman and highly recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a new car; Marlon King was my salesman. I had a wonderful experience working with Mr. King. I was referred to Mr. King from a family member, who spoke highly of his experience in purchasing from him. Marlon was a great salesman. He took the time to understand my lifestlye and needs first, then helped me find the the perfect car. He was very kind, respectful, and worked hard to make sure my car buying experience was a positive from start to finish. As a previous Cadillac owner, I have vast knowledge of the car, and I was thoroughly impressed on Marlon's knowledge of the product he was selling me. He answered all my questions- with detailed information regarding service maintenance, warranties, and other relevant information. He informed me of add-ons that were available, but I never felt "pushed" or pressured from him, I felt like he was really there for me. Days after my transaction, he phoned me, to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase; personally thanked me for my business; and reinterated he was there to help me with any issues I had pertaining to the car in the future. The purchase of a new automobile is a big investment, and I'm happy to have had a salesman with great professionalism, integrity, and knowlege that enabled me to make an educated decision. Without a doubt- I will purchase again with Marlon in the future; and I'd recommend him 100%!

Please review my rating on July 2 of this same year. Outstanding, totally pleased. HOWEVER - Since then my daughter has had NOTHING but a complete RUN AROUND from whoever SHERRY is in accounting - and ADAM at the Norman store. (My daughter was hit by a drunk on 6/22 - less than a month after purchasing a vehicle from Norman store. My daughter went in to talk to ERIC POSTON and he was very helpful - gave her paperwork to cancel Gap Insurance ($500.00)and Extended Warranty ($2310.00) ... She has been fighting every since then to get the amounts refunded to her. ELEVEN weeks to get something that should have taken four weeks to receive. SHERRY in accounting has been rude beyond belief and HUNG UP on my daughter today. YES - this "Professional" ... HUNG UP on a CUSTOMER because this CUSTOMER called back to tell her that the full amount wasn't refunded. SHERRY's reply was, "I can't believe you are making that big of a deal out of $112.00". (FINALLY got the extended warranty refund today, but it wasn't for $2310.00 -- it was for $2198.00) Sherry - Adam - I am pretty sure that YOUR patience would be a little thin if YOU had to contact someone for eleven weeks and ask them to DO THEIR JOB. How patient would YOU be if YOU were waiting on your $2310.00 refund? Yeah ... I can just imagine. Not very patient at all. JUST TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! Seriously!! Eleven weeks? And ... for a customer to be treated rudely, much less to be HUNG UP ON? Really Sherry? Aren't you proud of yourself? Adam, your comment to my daughter today was, again, to "call TIM Monday, you were sure he would just write her a check because $100.00 isn't really that big of a deal?" Here we go ... having to CALL BACK ... one more week. Why don't YOU be the professional and YOU TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. YOU talk to Tim on Monday and get it handled. YOU call the customer on Monday and say, you know what? We are SO sorry we have inconvenienced you for THREE months ... let me HAND DELIVER this $112.00 to you, please accept our apologies ... because ... without customers Adam ... you too would be throwing a fit about it taking three months for your $2310.00 refund. VERY VERY FRUSTRATED with ADAM and SHERRY's LACK of professionalism.

Bought a new SRX basic and decided to exchange it for the luxury SRX and everyone was so nice to make sure I was happy. Dwight explained all the accessories and how to use them which helped a lot. Both Tie and Dwight were very patient with me and I appreciate that.

Escalade
I bought an Escalade for my wife, it was an anniversary surprise. The staff at Bob Moore did everything possible to make this as easy as I could possibly ask for. She was super surprised and happy, we are for sure going to be back in the future!

Great job!
My sales rep, Dwight, did an excellent job. He was very understanding and helpful. The car I purchased needed a repair before I took delivery so I was provided a nice loaner vehicle until mine was repaired. I did not get the high pressure "game playing" I got at Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge!

The sales pitch was ok, friendly but a bit of pressure to buy on the spot after I told them (sales manager and Marlon) that I wanted to go home and think about it. When I picked up the car, I discovered an electrical problem with the CD player. Bob Moore, fixed the CD player at no cost, however, it took a whole week to get the car back. When I picked up the car again, I asked about the other key (only one was provided), Marlon (sales person) informed me that he couldn't find it, however, he informed me I could use his discount to get another key, that of course was not the case. An additional key will cost $220 at a Ford dealership. You would think after paying retail price for a car, you'd get a working car (as advertised) and a set of working keys.. Over all the experience of buying a car at Bob Moore was -OK-. Would I recommed this dealership to others?? I would advice to buy with caution.
