The sales pitch was ok, friendly but a bit of pressure to...

The sales pitch was ok, friendly but a bit of pressure to buy on the spot after I told them (sales manager and Marlon) that I wanted to go home and think about it. When I picked up the car, I discovered an electrical problem with the CD player. Bob Moore, fixed the CD player at no cost, however, it took a whole week to get the car back. When I picked up the car again, I asked about the other key (only one was provided), Marlon (sales person) informed me that he couldn't find it, however, he informed me I could use his discount to get another key, that of course was not the case. An additional key will cost $220 at a Ford dealership. You would think after paying retail price for a car, you'd get a working car (as advertised) and a set of working keys.. Over all the experience of buying a car at Bob Moore was -OK-. Would I recommed this dealership to others?? I would advice to buy with caution.

I had what was probably by far the best experience at a dealership ever. Everyone there was very friendly & Mr. King was amazingly great to work with. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a vehicle, new or used. Did I mention this place was the the Best??

Cadillac Carol

I had a wonderful experience of buying my 2012 CTS Coupe. My salesman, Dwight Hodgens, was a professional. He went to great lenghts to make sure that I was a happy customer. He did not apply any pressure to my decision. He treated me like a lady with respect. I would recommend him to anyone. Another reason I will only go to this location, is the service rep, Kenneth Leveredge. This rep is wonderful I have the upmost respect for him and totally trust him. This man is a GEM and I hope that the Bob Moore family recognizes that a gem they have!!!

Our Experience

While it did take a while to reach the final sale there was a manager named Colt, who far exceeded our expectations. We had almost given up on this dealership due to the finance department, the numbers just seemed to be going up. However Sarah, our sales rep, and Colt, the manager, worked effortlessly to get the deal done and we definately appreciate that and have already told several people how great the service was there. We are fairly young and our next Cadillac will definately be from there.

THE SALE PERSON MR MARLON KING WAS VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE.HIS EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SHOULD BE COMMEND.HE WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THAT, HE COULD GET THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE FOR ME AND MY WIFE AND HE DID.THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Marlon was extremely professional, and made every effort...

Marlon was extremely professional, and made every effort to ensure I was able to find the perfect car to meet my needs. I did not feel like I was being pressured into buying a car that I did not want. Even after the purchase of my vehicle, Mr. King continued to assist me to meet all of me needs in a friendly, respectful manner. I would recommend Marlon King to friends, family and strangers who are looking into purchasing a new or used vehicle.

This is my first Cadillac. It is a gift to myself in honor of my parents. Bob Moore is the outstanding Dealership in the area; and that's why I chose them. My first inquiry call was directed to Marlon King; and upon my visit to the Dealership, I asked for him. I'm glad I did. He was very courteous, not at all over zealous, and answered my questions, which seemed like many. And who would almost have "fun" while financing a car?? Someone who is being helped by Eric Poston!! This was a very easy process and I definitely recommend Bob Moore Cadillac, Marlon King and Eric Poston.

My Escalade was considered a total loss after the April...

My Escalade was considered a total loss after the April tornado - I wasn't sure what I wanted, but sales and manager were super nice & patient. They were courteous and made me feel like they cared about my business. Truly treated me with the "old school" philosphy that I was the customer, and they worked for me. My daughter bought a year old SUV there the next month, based on my experience. THIS is why I am writing .. Last week, she was hit by a DUI in Moore and it flipped her truck.(My daughter is over 8 months pregnant AND her 3 year old was with her). Anyway - we went to visit with Eric Poston last week to cancel the extended warranty, etc - since her truck was a total loss. Let me just tell you that Eric Poston was moved by the pictures and when my 3 year old grand daughter told him about "Mommy's truck falling down and all the men came running to help her and mommy" .. Eric was anything BUT a cold hard business guy -- He jumped in to action -- looking out for my daughter and trying to help her with phone calls, what to expect, etc. He went above and beyond his "finance" title -- he truly cared about what was best for my daughter. Thank you Eric for how you handled my daughter.

I am very happy with my car and the overall experience at Bob Moore Cadillac. Marlon King was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful during the car purchasing process. I made a great choice!
