Bob Moore Cadillac of Norman

This was my first visit to your dealership. I was uneasy about the expectations of the hassels associated with buying a vehicle. However, after a few interactions with Elliott the sales persons who assisted me, the process was not as strssful as expected. Any questions that I had were answered by the individual responsible; from the loan officer to the service manager. However, I did have to wait quite a long time to see the loan officer. I was given an explanation as to why the wait was as long as it was, which was unstandable. I hope that any post sale needs that I have will be handled as well as the initial sales experience.

Adrian is very knowledgeable about the cars & he is also very friendly . I enjoyed him being our sales representative . Will recommend him and the dealership to our friends.

These guys set out to help us get a good car with the emphasis on "help". We came away with a car we really like and have had only quick and friendly response when we needed to speak with them concerning the purchase. The transaction has become a personal one between friends.

Can't say enough about Ryan. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted, was able to answer all of our questions and worked very hard to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new car purchase. He always had a smile on his face and he is clearly the type of person we will do business with in the future. As long as Ryan is at Bob Moore, we will go back. Our Financing experience was very good too and with the incentives we received, I believe we got a fair deal.
