We had excellent service. Really appreciated the loaner car until our new car arrived. Mr Gibbs was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. The followup call was also appreciated. We have been enjoying the comfort and and all the options on our car including the gps and backup mirror.

First and foremost, We live in Wichita Kansas, so contacting an out of state dealer can be a little overwhelming. However, when we saw the overall selection and prices pertaining to the type of vehicle we were looking for, we had to atleast get in touch. Little did we know that the original email we sent would be the hardest part of our entire experience. We were contacted back by a live representative within 12 hours of our original email and by the time Ben Mariott had finished speaking with us, we were already being referred on to Mr. Adrian Gibbs. Adrian promptly contacted us, took our information, and went right to work. The best part of this entire process was that we were enjoying family time together at the gym while Adrian was working hard to get a deal completed for us. Within a few short hours, Adrian had the deal completed and we were ready to go. We arrived the following morning to see our vehicle nice and clean with a full tank of gas "Classy!" Adrian took us for a test drive to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and even tried to help us save a little more money by referring us to the Finance Manager at Bob Moore. Overall, we could not be happier with our experience. We are younger individuals, and were treated as first class which believe me, doesn't always happen. I will definetely refer friends and family on to Bob Moore. It's well worth the short drive.

Recommendation is based solely on our work with Mr. Gibbs and finance specialist Mr. Chavez, they were outstanding in every way. I must admit we were somewhat surprised and disappointed that the store manager never once acknowledged our purchase or presences for that matter! We will only buy from this dealership again, if Mr. Gibbs is still working or managing the department at this dealership.

Adran went out of his way to help me find the vehicle that was perfect for me. I called him a few days before I was coming into town to purchase a vehicle and told him exactly what I was looking for. He was extremely attentive and in the end, had the perfect car waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership for my appointment.
