Kenneth is awesome!!

When checking out Kenneth gave me a list of upcoming service needed and categorized the order in which he would suggest the service be done. As you can imagine, servicing a vehicle is generally not cheap so being a woman his advice was much appreciated.

Excellent Service

We have had several Cadillacs and Kenneth always does an excellent job handling service on them. We really enjoy buying our cars from Daniel and Jamar at Bob Moore Cadillac, they are very professional and work hard to make sure you are satisfied with the purchase. All of the staff have been excellent to work with.

Kayla was great!

I haven't had the chance to come in yet, but Kayla contacted me promptly about the car I was inquiring about. She emailed me some other vehicles that matched what I'm looking for. I'll definitely be using Bob Moore for my vehicle needs soon.

Experience Met My Expectations

I came into your dealership just to talk and compare my options. But because of the respect I was shown and integrity of both Kevin Grant, the salesperson, and Dante Williamson, in your finance department, I was able to make a wise and well informed decision before my purchase. Warrenty Discrepancy

I took my car in for an oil leak and thought I had 28k left on extended warrenty, I thought. That's right, I was flat out lied to about them starting the extended warranty at the end of the manufacturers warrenty. It was actually started right away so it ran concurrent to the manufacturer's warrenty. Flat out lied to me about this, even after I confirmed this twice. The response I got when I called the finance and sales managers was, we'll that guy doesn't work here anymore. So basically too xxxx bad for you we got ya. How can such a great service dept be attached to this bunch of crooks is above me for sure. So this yrs new XT5 xxxx sure won't be coming from this dealership.

Absolutely a wonderful, no pressure, laid back, but professional atmosphere. Everyone at this dealership seems to have a great personality. We previously visited about three months ago, just looking. Not to buy at that time. We were upfront and honest with the time we wanted to purchase a vehicle, and exactly what we were looking for. Jake, the Manager is just ?the bomb?, as our granddaughters would say. I stayed in touch with him over a three month period, and set a date to return. We did just that. Had a second wonderful experience. Thank you Landon Knowles! You are the best ever when it comes to explaining all the gadgets and info that is important to me in a vehicle. If your going to buy, I highly suggest to visit here before any other dealer. You won?t be disappointed! Fact.
