We are totally satisfied with the service provided , facilities and customer respect that is given to us. We would happily recommend this dealer to friends and certainly family. Best dealership we have ever worked with. We love our Cadillac and wish we had purchased one sooner. Oil change was done professionally and expediently. Enjoyed coffee and snacks while waiting.

Easiest car purchase I ever made!

Our purchase of a Cadillac XT5 SUV was very easy due to the great sales rep we had in Landon Knowles. We live 100 miles from Bob Moore Cadillac so we called Landon and made an appointment. When we arrived he had several cars ready for our inspection and drive. Landon was very professional , honest, knowledgeable,and patient. Dealing with our trade- in and the financial arrangements has never been easier. Following our acceptance of the deal, our car was detailed, equipped with our selections and delivered to us. We highly recommend Bob Moore Cadillac in Norman, Oklahoma and Landon Knowles!

Worst experience

As I was in the middle of buying a car from this dealership, I had constant communication everyday with at least one person working there. I live six hours away, so we had to do everything over phone. I was going to send them money so they could hold the car for me for ONE week, but since apparently there was "too much interest" in the car, the manager wouldn't hold the car for me. They said the only way they could keep the car for a week was if I got financing through them. Originally I was going to find my own financing, seeing as I live six hours away. I just went ahead and agreed to do financing through them. Filled out the application. Their finance guy called me once he went over my application. Had me send him the stuff he needed, drivers license and check stub. Did that. He ran my credit score THREE times. Then the next evening after being told the car was mine and I would pick it up on Saturday (which was in five days), I get on the website and the car is no longer there. I emailed one of the employees I had contact with that day and she emailed me back the next day(TUESDAY) saying the car was sold. THEY SOLD the car I was in the process of buying. I then send back a very irritated email and then the next day, WEDNESDAY, I get an email saying the managers didn't communicate and didn't know the car was already being sold. I explained that I was very apprehensive about buying from them now. They didn't respond until the next day, THURSDAY, and said he apologized but it's just poor communication and that the charger was still available if I wanted it. I responded and explained everything I had been through and that I wasn't going to pay the full price for the car due to all the problems we had, but if they were willing to take less I wanted it. The only response I get to that is "thnk you for the opportunity". Just like that. Spelling and everything. Didn't tell me sorry we can't go any lower. Nothing. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Just terrible.
