Mac Haik went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were completely satisfied with our purchase. Kengi Black is an excellent salesman. We are both beyond pleased with his professionalism and kindness. When we purchase in the future we will definitely be contacting him as well as referring our friends and family to him, as a matter of fact we already have.

Service ask one customer did he want a free jeep wash but didn’t ask me did I want my jeep wash, I think everyone should be treated the same.

Joe Green was great to work with. I talked with him several times prior to my appointment. Because I live out of town, I didn’t want to have to make multiple trips to the dealership for my repair. Fortunately, I knew what part was needed and was able to send Joe pictures to back up my parts request. Joe ordered the part in advance of my appointment, had it ready when I arrived, and my vehicle was repaired quickly upon my arrival. I had an issue with a service warranty I purchased from Mac Haik Frontage Jackson and Joe was patient and assistive as I sorted out the issue. Joe was great.

When I arrived, I was taken care of in a timely manner, I was notified about what the issue was and given an estimate, and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was brought out in a timely manner.

Just relocated to MS, blown away by the customer service I received from calling to book service appointment, to walking into your beautiful waiting room. Thank you to Michael for all you assistance explaining it all, to arranging transport for me, to Archie inside for looking at possible new vehicles in the future. Truly great customer service.
