I recently purchased a Honda Odyssey [lfrom David Hondaand I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Lucas made the process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through all the features of the van, and ensured I got exactly what I was looking for. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and everything was exactly as promised. What impressed me most was the transparency and honesty throughout the process—no pressure, no hidden fees, just great customer service. I highly recommend McDavid dealer to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, especially if you’re considering a Honda.

absolute cluster. Saturday; Test drove a used car, told them the out the door price I had to be at and to call me Monday if they could do it. Called me Mondey and told me the out the door was $2000 more than I told them where I need to be. Said no. Called me back and said they meet my proce but I had to sign the paper that night, told them that wasn't going to happen as I live in Fort Worth and it was almost 4pm. they said it had to be that night. I told them no. received a text when I got home asking if I could come in the next day for the same price and I agreed. My bank doesn't have local office and sent McDavid the request for funding for bank to bank transfer. McDavid said they don't and wouldn't use that form and said I needed a cashier's check. The form sent to them had an option for a cashier's check if they read it. They asked me to have my bank overnight me a cashier's check that I wouldn't recieve until i arrived home the following day, and would get to them until the following day after work. After calling the Fort Worth and Arlington McDavid dealerships and asking them if they would accept a bank to bank transfer I called Frisco again to ask and they said they'd only accpet a cashier's check. I quit communications with them and called my loan. Their methods dismal and I was straight with them from the start. I ask for honesty and straight forwardness and received none from McDavid. I would not recommend their used car business to anyone.
