I purchased a used car from this Honda dealership - that
I purchased a used car from this Honda dealership - that was not a Honda. The sales person ?Sep? and manager ?Shawn Anderson? were amazing in their professionalism and customer service from start to finish. The most impressive thing about this dealership and Shawn Anderson, is their ethics! I have never called any dealership ethical in my 40 years of buying cars. The jeep I wanted had an airbag light that came on during test drive. Shawn said they would send it out to a Jeep dealership for repair. He told me they would not sell any car, regardless of make, if it was not 100% at the time of sale. He said it is a David McDavid policy across the board. I asked Shawn if I could sign a waiver and buy the it ?as is?, in the event the issue could not be repaired? - he said no. I am truly impressed with the ethics and professionalism of the staff and management at David McDavid Honda Frisco.

Excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service. The agent expain the detail on the serives. They washed my car at end of service, it was good feeling. Nice and neat waiting place, free coffee.

Bought a beautiful used car there ,when they finished detailing it they overfilled the oil by 3.8 quarts! I would not send anyone to this dealership!

Terrible wait times and experience, the people work over there want’s to get you a car quickly without even explaining you the prices and the finance terms like APR and all the want is to give you car and send you back not even answering your questions and queries. And receiving is disrespectful
