It had been a while since I last visited this dealership

It had been a while since I last visited this dealership for service. I scheduled a 10:30 a.m. appointment for a basic oil change and tire rotation and even showed up 25 minutes early. I was quoted a two-hour wait. After waiting two hours without a single update, I asked about my car and was told it hadn’t even been started — and that I was looking at at least another two-hour wait, with six cars still ahead of mine. When I asked for an explanation, I was told over 120 cars had been scheduled that morning, but that appointments were supposed to be prioritized ahead of walk-ins. That clearly didn’t happen. The only explanation that makes sense is that whoever checked me in failed to mark me properly as an appointment and stuck me in the walk-in line instead. The service tech’s explanation felt more like an excuse than an honest answer. After wasting two hours, I left without the service being done. There’s no reason for wait times like this, especially when other Honda dealerships manage things so much better.

I purchased the car using an app, side, unseen.

I purchased the car using an app, side, unseen. I investigated several cars before I decided on that one. The purchase process was easy and the car was delivered to me that afternoon. However, one document was not presented, and I had to go back two weeks later to sign it, which I think delayed me getting my tags

Denied work that was covered under warranty, quoted a

Denied work that was covered under warranty, quoted a ridiculous price on work that was not needed to fix the problem. They also suggested maintenance work that is not recommended by Honda.
