Honda Experts

Great service. The adviser proactively applied the online coupon to the invoice before I wanted to mention it. Even though I made the appointment on the day of, I had hoped that I did not have to wait too long. Also, the flow of the service lane could be improved. It was a tad bit inconvenient driving out after the service.

Awesome Service!

I had gone there to get some recall related work done and was quite impressed with the way they handled all the work. The free multi-point check did reveal some other issues with the car. The agent went over the list, my options and let me decide whether to get them fixed or not. There was no unnecessary marketing or pressure to get any of the additional work done. The facility is very clean and well kept. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Service Department

I was in for the regular 15,000 mile maintenance. Oil change and tire rotation. Greeted promptly. they wrote my time in on my windshield, so I knew they would be conscious as to how long it took to service my vehicle. Mike wrote up the ticket and answered my questions. It was ready in about the same time estimated. Mike closed out my ticket and processed my payment efficiently. they brought my car to drive through very quickly. Great experience.

Great service

The service I received was exceeded beyond my expectations. Kenneth Jones (KJ) and Dennis Daley are the most compassionate, attentive and kindhearted people that I can see myself in the near future using their service again as well as refer my friends and family to. Thank guys for everything!!!

Excellent Service

The service advisors at Honda McDavid are efficient and fast. I was able to get in and out in just 15 minutes. Their complimentary shuttle service is great if you want to get back to your busy day while your vehicle is being cared for. The shuttle driver called back at the designated time, picked me up and I was back in my Honda in no time at all. Thank you Chris and Don for making my day a pleasant and stress free one!

fast and courteous service /thank you

Although I did not have an appointment, my recall was done in under an hour. Arrival waiting time and gone. thank you very much for tour efficiency and courteosness

THEY ARE TOTAL LIARS CHEATERS

Went there for new car sales. Got an offer from Clyde Jacobs/ Michael Baker, waited for 4hrs just for finance manager to tell me that they cannot offer graduation discount with third party auto loan. THEN WHY DON'T MR. CLYDE AND BAKER informed me about the graduation discount being used in adjunction with Honda leasing. I had told both of them multiple times that I have third party loan. This guys will not honor anything EVEN AFTER SIGNING THE BUYERS ORDERS. They don't even APOLOGIZE. They have big statements about customer satisfaction when you walk in BUT they are just to cheat on customers. Miss Sonia Heredia General manager didn't answer the phone/email. This is how they will treat their customer. BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY. TOTAL RIPOFF!!! LODGED AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WITH HONDA AMERICA. I AM THINKING OF LEGAL ACTION BECAUSE THEY MADE ME SIGN DOCUMENTS AND THEN NOT OFFERING ME THAT PROMISE!!! From a very disappointed customer!!! Ravi Dalal

Great service, exactly as promised

I recently had my Honda Odyssey repaired at this dealership. It was a major repair and fortunately, completely covered under warranty. I have lived and used Honda dealerships in three major cities and this dealership is the most hassle-free, exactly as promised experience. When it's time to purchase our next car, I wouldn't even consider another dealer due to the service we've received.
