Great service. Completed in a timely manner.
I brought my 2013 Honda Accord in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was quickly greeted when I pulled into the service area. Bobby Huggins was my service advisor. He listened to what I wanted done and nicely recommended the additional service the car was indicating needed to be done. When I told him I could not have the additional services done at this time, he did not try to pressure me any further. That alone is worth a lot to me. When paying for the oil change and tire rotation, Bobby was kind enough to give me the discount being offered online that I was not even aware of. Bobby was very kind and professional. I will definitely be contacting him for all of my future service needs for my Honda Accord.

Bad service and Over pricing for Parts
I am not happy with the service, I see Honda Battery for $96.95 in Mcdavid frisco website and they charged me $130, i would not recommend as they took more than 2 hrs for replacing a new battery and Pricing more for the service.

I recently went to this service dealership for the first time, and they were awesome. Mike Hood was my service adviser, and I will ask for him any time I come back. They gave me a courtesy rental car for the day (which was new, clean, and awesome!). Mike Hood called me with updates on my car throughout the day and worked with me on prices. I definitely will be back.

Last minute service
After work, found I was in need of a new tire. Being last minute and without an appt, I drove to David McDavid. The service manager promptly responded and agreed, for safety reasons the tire needed replacing. He was able to get my car into the service center and returned fairly quickly. As a bonus, the vehicle was returned washed.
