Every time I take my vehicle to be serviced with Mr. Huddleston I receive the most courteous and professional treatment. Always willing to help and clarify any situation. Very understanding to my frustrations and always willing to help and very patient. I continue to stay with David McDavid because of Jim. Feel comfortable and know that my wishes and best service will be provided. In addition, I requested that only Jay work on my vehicles and Jim was so helpful to place all the information into the computer. Best service adviser I have had to deal with in a very long time.

Service at Frisco David McDavid Honda Dealership
One of the reasons that I have both of my Hondas serviced there is definitely for the 5 stars service I receive. However, the primary reason that I continue to service my vehicle there is due to the service manager that I was fortunate enough to find at David McDavid. His name is Jason Douglas and he represents everything that makes 5 star service work. He is knowledgeable, courteous and very patient. He listens to what I have to say and gives me options. A great service manager!

First service on new car
Experience was good. Had oil change and tire rotation. One day after service the check tire pressure alert came on. I checked tired and fount all caps loose. Had to figure out how to turn alert off. Service person should have done that.

2015 Honda Accord LX Purchase

Mike Hood was our service rep. He said it would be about an hour, which was fine, and he was all finished in half that time. Car washed all all!!! Very satisfied.

Speedy repairs, excellent customer service
Went in to have airbag replaced, and 100,000 mile check up. Mechanics found & repaired a small oil leak and replaced spark plugs. ... a little pricey, but the work was done within a day, and with a complimentary rental car, the whole experience was painless. (minus the money out for repairs)

Loved it!
Just needed to purchase some new windshield wipers blades. But they put new ones on for me for free! I was so surprised. Got a carwash too. Great experience.
