The service person, Sergio Guerra, is not only friendly but professionl as well. He even reminded me for safety recall. After the service done, he even went outside with me to explain how and where the problems need to solve. Excellent !!!

We have purchased 3 Hondas from this dealership, the last two from Jesse Thompson. Jesse has not only provided us with great customer service but he is a first class he man being, the primary reason we chose to use him the second time around. Dealing with Car Dealerships and Car Salesmen and be stressful and overwhelming. We came in tired and frustrated all we wanted was a cash car and call it a day. We had been in and out of dealerships for almost a month looking for a car that was a good buy. We finally came into David McDavid Honda of Frisco, from outside we were greeted by Farid.Ayatollahi. From the beginning he made the whole process easy calm and pleasurable. We loved his charisma, patience and understanding in what we were looking for. We finally felt comfortable and not hassled into buying a car, He was a very sweet man and genuinely seemed to care and had a passion for what he did, Only minor thing is Manager or whoever is in charge should of made himself more present and available to the customer. In all dealerships we had gone to there was always someone there ion management to make sure we were okay or getting the help we needed. Overall, our experience was awesome with our Sales Man!
