We knew what we wanted when we talked with the sales person and he did not question us or try to sell us something else. When we placed our order we were told what the final cost would be and it was exactly that when we took delivery. The vehicle was ready as promised with all accessories in place and the paperwork only took about 30 mins and we were on our way home. We are very pleased with the communication along the way and follow up after delivery.

I would strongly reconsider taking your vehicle here. They are HIGHLY OVERCHARGING people for simple services. Overcharging their customers into caving and buying a new vehicle at their dealership. They will only stay in business by taking advantage of the elderly talking them into paying high prices. Please do not support this type of business if you can help it!

Called while on the road to schedule service in Cottonwood, AZ, Kent answered the phone, scheduled the service quickly and efficiently. When I arrived I checked vehicle in expecting an all day service as at my home dealership. It took about two and a half hours total, they called about replacing the air and cabin filter, I authorized and the total invoice was way less than expected. Kent was great, I recommend the dealership.
