Everything went excellent except they failed to fill my

Everything went excellent except they failed to fill my tires with air when I specifically asked to check tire pressure. So I wasted my time by having to go back to have my tire pressure filled. Also, the appointment scheduler should’ve mentioned that a car pick up and delivery is available since the shuttle process has changed. They should’ve also mentioned about the 3% surcharge when paying with a credit card. I would’ve brought my debit card. Overall, things like this should’ve been mentioned during the appointment scheduling so customers would be better prepared and given the options to select services provided.

Dave takes great care of me when I bring our 2 vehicles

Dave takes great care of me when I bring our 2 vehicles to the Auffenberg Ofallon dealership. We've been using Auffenberg O'Fallon for over 20 years and keep coming back because of the customer service. Dave even has my car washed, like I said, the little things make the difference. My experience at with the service department is always

My experience at with the service department is always positive. They don't recommend unneeded work and one time even talked me out of something I thought I needed. I thought the video sent to me at completion of the work was a very nice touch. Let your technicians know I really appreciated the video! I have to believe they gave you push back when that started.

The work was done to our satisfaction and the service guy

The work was done to our satisfaction and the service guy was very professional. My only complaint is that I texted on the numbers provided to get an update on when it would be done and never received a reply. Later I called the number that was originally texted to me to contact the dealership and got a message saying the mailbox was full. Very frustrating.
