Routine 55,000 mile service.
Routine 55,000 mile service. Dropped off vehicle expecting not to be called until afternoon and asked for a ride home. While waiting for about 45-50 minutes (as driver was out on two separate runs) notified by service agent vehicle would be ready in about twenty minutes. So waited and picked up vehicle as advertised. Agent was up front with costs and recommended services and all I asked to be done was completed in minimum time. Received a video text from the mechanic explaining what he had accomplished with no recommendations needed. Completely satisfied.

Our experience was as good as it gets when purchasing a vehicle. No complaints with the experience. However we are still waiting to hear back with an appointment date for a small dent that needs fixed. We were told we would get a call on Monday with a date, they called Monday but no appointment date. I asked and was told they would get it taken care of and get back to me……no appointment yet. They called on Thursday for something else, I asked about appointment and was told I would get a call back in a bit….no return call. Long story short a week later and still no appointment to fix the dent on my new car!,
