Auffenberg Ford O'Fallon

They have stepped up the service department since the Covid issues. I had to find the front service guy both when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. The Parts guys found him for me both times, other than that, it went good. I did wonder why after rotating my tires, they didn't air them up so they were all the same, I think all four tires had a different amount of air in them, but other than that it's all good.

Everything was explained well. Felt no pressure to do anything. Was done before I expected it to be. Good experience.

Took a little longer than usual for oil change, but would rather come here for service than anywhere else.

Service advisor was a complete professional who was also very knowledgeable with all the services my 2014 Ford Escape needed. I never felt pressured to add services I did not need.

Staff and service good but work to be done is not always completed, plus I live 45 minutes to an hour from service center where I have to take the car. Don't find out until I get home.

I have always had good service at Auffenberg North. They are easy to work with and give good advice. I have mostly dealt with Dave and Mark. Both of them are excellent.

Auffenbergs made the buying experience very easy and timely. Didn’t have to spend the whole day at the dealership. Cody was terrific and his sales manager was a wonderful gentlemen. I feel like we got good money for our trade in and we’re totally satisfied with our deal. Thanks also to the finance guy, he did a very good job and explained everything clearly.
