Very pleased with the service performed.

Very pleased with the service performed. Hunter was very communicative throughout the process. Also want to call out Mark. He checked me out. When I went the pay the bill, the alignment charge exceeded what I saw on the website when I made the appointment. I showed Mark the price on the website, which was apparently lower that it should have been. Mark talked to his manager and I paid the lower price. I appreciate your commitment to service!

I took my 2 year old Ford to this dealer since the system

I took my 2 year old Ford to this dealer since the system has recently been sending me texts messages that state my system is shutting down to conserve the battery. I was informed that my battery was fine and essentially that these warning were not a problem and basically to ignore them. Over the next few days the car system has begun telling me to turn the car off and back on to even get my screen to work. I am getting text messages telling me my car is turning systems off to conserve battery. I left a message for Mr. Barkofske last week and still have not heard from him. Now my lock and unlock system has become troublesome. I will continue to try to get service on this problem.

Poor service

The primary battery for my 2016 Ford C Max hybrid died. To book an appointment took about 20 minutes of my time and they offered a time that did not work. When I said that I would drop off early - they had several open times. When I arrived for my appointment, I had to start the process over. I told them there should be error codes. They charged $150 for diagnostics. They charged me $355 for the primary battery. When I did a google search, the price was $240 max. When I told the dealership this, they said they did not know where I did my search and that was their price. The labor was $200. When I did a search, the price came aback around $100. When picking up the car, I asked if the error codes had been cleared. I was told yes. I had a friend do a diagnostic check and found that the code had NOT been clear. In addition, the replaced battery from from O'Reillly Auto parts. The dealership did not tell me this and this is important because the warranty will be from O'Reilly's. Total bill was $705 which was VERY overpriced. I will not return to this dealership again!
