True story: This was my hubby’s and mine first time buying a vehicle from a website without a test drive or physically seeing it. Let me just tell you our experience with J&S Auto Hause was nothing short of amazing!!! From Rami Borji (the salesman), Basir Alam (the person who handled the paperwork) to Hector (the delivery driver) our experience was as smooth as if we were their in person. Cudo’s to the photographer who took numerous pictures that showed every detail of the vehicle and when delivered was exactly what was shown in the pictures. We highly recommend J&S Auto Hause with a 5 star rating, they are honest and a very fair company. We are from Greensburg, PA and they are in New Jersey so a 10 hr. trip was not what we pictured doing but loved everything about the vehicle. So we took a chance and decided to go ahead with the purchase. Best decision we made.

Horrible experience with Emaad, the dealer at Nottingham. Extremely rude with customers, threatens them and lies continuously. Promised would buff the car before delivery, didn't do it. Promised return of the bank application fee if we don't take the loan from the dealer, didn't do it. This person is angry most of the time and threatens customer if we ask questions. Takes initial deposit on a no return policy.
