Working with Pete at J&S was the absolute best decision I...

Working with Pete at J&S was the absolute best decision I could have made on my car buying journey. I live in Boston and was looking for a very specific Audi Q7. I noticed that J&S had the car I wanted so I reached out. Pete responded VERY fast, on a Friday evening nonetheless, letting me know he could meet me the next day. I called him and told him I was in Boston/worried it wouldn't work. He assured me he often worked with out-of-state buyers and that he'd make it easy. Easy is an understatement. It took less than two weeks for Pete to complete the sale and get the registered Audi to Boston for me. Since I couldn't come to see the car in person, he kindly suggested I work with an outside company to ensure the car was to my standards, sent any pictures I asked for, FaceTime'd with me multiple times, and overall was extremely transparent. The customer service was absolutely incredible - I am still pinching myself that I actually own the exact car I wanted without ever going to a dealership. Pete, thank you for making my car buying process so simple, and dare I say... fun? You are the best!

WARNING! This place was a complete rip-off. Purchased a...

WARNING! This place was a complete rip-off. Purchased a vehicle with "clean car fax" and "maintenance done" at the shop; ended up going to a shop near me to check it out and there was over $14k worth of repairs that had to be done to the vehicle. Any place that is so eager to sell vehicles "as-is", located in the middle of a pretty rough neighborhood near Trenton, and tries to cover up issues, should definitely have a literal red flag. Additionally, the "delivery" options and remote "conveniences" that they advertise is absolute nonsense - they were trying to charge me a few hundred dollars to deliver my car across the river AND it could only be done on certain days. Finally, the "registration" services, etc. does NOT include mailing you any of the stuff from the DMV. You have to drive back to the store and pick it up yourself, even though they charged a hefty $500-600 for doing the documentation/registration work. DO NOT buy anything from this dealer; the fact that they have high-end BMW, Porsche, M-B, and other finnicky sports cars for sale should worry you...I can't even imagine how much people are spending to fix Land Rovers after purchasing them from here. Go elsewhere for your car needs; literally, anywhere else. Their mechanics can't deal with any of the issues of these high-end vehicles and these guys are looking to just dump garbage cars onto you ASAP. No nurturing relationships and purchasing repeats; they just want the quick buck and are NOT looking to help or hook you up at all. On a lighter note, the sales guy, Justin, was pleasant and friendly.

Top notch! This is a new world, and a new way of...

Top notch! This is a new world, and a new way of buying cars. I had made some selections online and contacted Justin ahead of time. We scheduled a visit and he had the cars I wanted to see ready to go. I tested 3 cars that day, and we ended up closing the deal that very night on a beautiful C300. I came home to discover a few minor issues with the tires. I let Justin know, and he sent me to Abe, who took care of everything within a week. They were stellar and really went above and beyond and made sure the car I brought home was absolutely perfect. I had a very good sales experience, and a STELLAR follow-up service experience. Rob G.

Great people to do business with.Rami is the man!!

Recently bought a Range Rover here. Rami was amazing to deal with. Straightforward with no games whatsoever. He arranged a fair trade on my old car when other dealers were busy playing games. I drove in, he had everything ready, drove away within an hour with my new car hassle free. I would recommend Rami to anyone looking for a fair hassle free, straightforward deal with no games. The car was beautiful with new brakes, tires and oil change. Great people to do business with. I will be back and will refer friends!!

Great deal and service on a used BMW X3

My salesperson Justin was informative, concise, and got right to what the car needed, which wasn't much at all. They allowed me to do a pre-purchase inspection and took care of what a local bmw dealer recommended. The finance person wasnt Mr. Personality but he was no-haggle, no-hassle, low key, they knew what I wanted and needed and we proceeded smoothly. Their detail person did an excellent job smoothing out some rim scuff, like an artist would. Great dealership and I got a fantastic deal. Tightly-run organization.

Unlike just about all the other dealers with similar...

Unlike just about all the other dealers with similar cars, here there were no added fees. I went to another dealer for a similar car and was told that there were $4000 in "dealer fees" above the listed price of the car. They said they did that because all the other dealers do it. That's not true. Here, the price listed was the actual price of the car. It's nice to deal with an honest dealership.

Disappointed

Inquired about a vehicle. Spent better part of a day negotiating price and delivery from NJ to IN. We agreed on both and was asked to fill out credit app...done. Received call next morning inquiring if I’d like to have car inspected by third party which I declined. Waited to hear back and texted with sales associate. A few hours later sales associate told me that the car was being looked at by another customer. “What?” Texted then don’t run my credit if the car isn’t mine. “I thought we had a deal”. Too late! I was going to have to wait 2 hours to see if the car was sold to other customer. I asked if customer was ahead of me and my inquiry and was advised “no” they walked in today. I started inquiring about their sales process and was told if some one walks in off the street there was nothing he could do. “What? “ Received a text from sales associate (2 hours later) 2 monosyllables. “Sold” - “Sorry” .... What? We had a verbal deal, they ran my credit (which is good) and sold it to someone else. Sorry for the ding on your credit score. I called sales manager, who listened and apologized; seemed sincere. If you are an online/out of state buyer ..... beware. My only recourse is to complain and write a review.

Awful

Bought a car and it had the check engine light on. Was also missing navigation chip. Brought it back to get fixed and the gave me back my car that still had the check engine light on, was driven 120 miles and had NO GAS! Now the radio doesn’t work and I have to pay for that. I am already out gas money, 180 dollars for the navigation chip and two trips to the dealership and I live an hour and a half away. This has been the worst experience I have ever had buying a car and my sales person couldn’t care less about helping me. The manager finally paid for me to take my car into a local ford dealership and paid for that but won’t pay for the faulty radio. I have had the car for three weeks and it has been nothing but a headache. I will never ever buy from here a again and recommend people find a reputable car sales organization not this one. Also had to drag my two kids back and forth to the repair shop in the middle of a pandemic to get my car fixed here and they didn’t even fix it. I had to follow up multiple times to get my trade off paid and was getting calls from a debt collector. Awful!

Very professional

Great purchasing experience. Finding the right vehicle and being able to see monthly payments up front was great. The application process was very simple and quick.
