I found this dealership by driving by and stopped in. I was surprised there was no sales guy stalking me I took my time walking around , with Jenny’s help I test drove a few cars and found one I liked.. talked to the manager and made a deal. I love my Tesla! The easiest car buying experience I ever had! Highly recommend this dealership!

Sales associate Ben Markulec was very responsive to my questions and concerns. His communication efforts exceeded my expectations. The delivery process was seamless with no surprises. We are very pleased with our Tesla Model X! My only issue was the vehicle had no interior odor when we test drove it. However, upon delivery it smelled like 10 Christmas tree air fresheners. It was overwhelming. We had to air-out the vehicle for several days. Fortunately, two weeks later the unpleasant odor had abated:) The title arrived on time as promised. I will recommend J&S Autohaus to my friends and family going forward.

I purchased online a RAM PROMASTER CARGO VAN 2500 from this dealership and the vehicle has NO BRAKES. In addition to all the other damage repairs, I have to pay another $1,500 to replace the rotors and brake pads. I don’t recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle online with this dealership with first seeing it in person and of course driving it.
