Getting the title took a few weeks and that they did not offer to replace broken vanity mirror I discovered after I took delivery . Don't think it was the salesman's fault, he is a newbie and the boss remained silent until the issue went away - I replace visor with one from Amazon. I like that the car is good value for the price and they did not charge all those extra fees that some dealers tack on.

I bright a vehicle from this dealership with no financing through them and waited almost a whole month to receive the title I had to call numerous times to check on the status and when the title was received it was filled out incorrectly which is highly unprofessional for a dealership of this size was told I would get callbacks and never received them my tags died with risk of my car getting towed in my neighborhood I’m getting a hard time with a replacement temp tag and I still can’t register my vehicle until the paperwork is sent back and fixed by the dealer title team I’m dissatisfied with the whole titling process for someone out of state.
