Frustrated that fluids weren't filled and hood was damaged
When I got the "Works" package, it was supposed to include the topping off of all my fluids but my radiator fluid which was low was not topped off. My hood hatch was also broken. A light was on when I left the dealership which the mechanic should have noticed. He didn't and I found that the hood wouldn't lock anymore when I got to work and saw that the hood was popping open. I needed to have a friend, who is a mechanic, help get it to lock and repair it. He also showed me that they hadn't filled the radiator fluid which he kindly did. I am left feeling a little frustrated.

Oil Change
Was charged for the oil change, even though we purchased the maintenance plan. Hours for service would be great if it included any night or Saturday hours. Otherwise, great experience!

My fiancé and I were hoping to receive quality service and expertise to find our next car in a timely fashion. Thomas Pruski at Boucher Ford exceeded all of our expectations. Tom was genuine and cared about listening to what we were looking for in a new car. He pointed us in the right direction without ever leading us astray while allowing us to make the final decision. It is evident Tom puts his customers first in order to find a car that is reliable, safe, and worth the long term investment. The rest of the Boucher Ford staff were also very helpful and welcoming! I would recommend anyone in the market for a new car to head to a Boucher Ford dealership, particularly the one located in Menomonee Falls!

Very nice staff
The staff was very friendly. Emil had a lot of energy which I appreciated his speed in buying a new car. They followed up many times making sure everything was good. I think I got a pretty good deal on my car as well Unfortunately someone hit my vehicle on the highway a month after having it and I felt very safe in the Ford Edge.
