I decided to trade my Ford Edge in for a Ford Taurus. It was a seamless process at this dealership. I was surprised at how great it was. My salesman, Emil English, had the car ready and I signed the stack of papers with the finance lady and drove off with my new used car.

2 hour oil change and no truck wash

Just had my first oil change on my 2019 Raptor. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes prior to my arranged time. Was told the service would take around 45 minutes. Guess again, it was 2 hours of waiting. I asked why my Raptor wasn't washed and was told that they don't wash Raptors. I have 4 Raptors in my family and both other dealers wash the Trucks after every service.

My New F350

Our salesman Tom Pruski spent the better part of a day showing us different trucks and explaining the applications we needed to satisfy our retirement desire to full time RV living. We decided that the power and durability of the Diesel F350 gave us the piece of mind we are looking for. Thanks Tom and Gordie Boucher.

Another new vehicle purchase from Boucher

We have never bought a brand new vehicle any where else,. This time We bought 2. A new Edge and a used MKZ. Could not be happier. Tim is great. Our 2019 Ford Escape!

4th Explorer

This is our 4th Explorer. Love the car. Very happy with the changes that have been made since 2017. Emil English assisted us in purchasing this 2020, plus our 2017. He is very knowledgeable and always offers assistance. He is always pleasant but never pushy. Enjoyed the experience. The service department serviced our 2017 and always did a great job.

A pleasant experience form start to finish

I worked with Emil English in the purchase of a new "used" F150 truck. From start to finish he was extremely polite, easy going and professional during the selling process. I received a fair price on my trade in and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend Gordie Boucher and their sales staff to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

boucher ford in menomonee falls

I called and was quoted $230.00 for a repair on my 2011 fiesta. I brought the car in the night before my appointment. I received a call the next day informing me my car was done and the total due was $136.00 plus tax. Wow! This is a first for me..... My car was repaired correctly the first time, done on time and less than the quoted price by almost $100.00 . for the first time ever I am happy with a repair from a dealership! Thanks !
