The technician said the engine belt need to be replace

The technician said the engine belt need to be replace which I did and I took the belt and the tech cut with a blade was so bad

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used 2020

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used 2020 Toyota Corolla at Toyota of Hackensack from Paul Almeida, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Paul exuded a level of professionalism and honesty that immediately put me at ease. His friendly demeanor and genuine interest in helping me find the perfect car created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. He sat with us and showed us a list of cars on the computer. We settled on the 2020 Corolla. He explained that the year 2020 had the new body style with the new media system and it was worth the small extra amount of money (<$1000). It was very cold that day but he didn't hesitate to arrange a test drive around the block. After driving it, I decided that it was the right car. We still had some more concerns and Paul took the extra step of arranging us the ability to examine the undercarriage of the car up close on a lift. What truly set him apart was his willingness to admit when he didn't know something. Instead of making up an answer, he would go out of his way to find the information we had asked, he demostrated a genuine commitment to providing accurate and reliable information. Another aspect that impressed was Paul's transparency throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain the financing options on the car, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of what I was getting into. His expertise helped me make an informed decision, as I felt confident that I was purchasing a vehicle that aligned with my needs and preferences. It's been over 3 months and I'm still very happy with my purchase. I feel like it was the best decision I could have made at the time and that's all thanks to Paul.
