Bought my car at Toyota of Hackensack back in 2010 from Wilson Palat. Although he is longer with your facility any longer, he left a lasting impression. Your service dept has been nothing short of excellent. Five star review for sure. Keep up the good work.

I took the car in to get new brakes the motor on the AC

I took the car in to get new brakes the motor on the AC Unit fixed and the tires rotated. Joe was very efficient he kept notified as to what needed to get done and what the cost would be from start to finish. If I had to nit pick about one thing it would be the shuttle service. The shuttle cars should come with a built in GPS system the driver I had kept looking at his phone for directions while driving. I had to wind up directing him to my house because the GPS system he was using on his phone was inaccurate. Other than that hiccup everything else was 5 star.
