Superior experience. Miriam was both professional, helpful and personable. My wife and I were hoping for an efficient and hassle free experience and this group did not disappoint. Very rude manager, forgot the name. Sales man Evan didn’t give me the met for my sienna’s! I called him many times and now he’s not answering!!

Service is great at Toyota of Hackensack. They are accommodating and I have no issues with services and maintenance.

They sold me a car that had an oil leak after they promised me it was fixed. I then brought it back to them 3 more times, each time they returned it saying the problem was fixed and each time it wasn't. Now they’ve stopped returning my calls and my car is still leaking oil.

Couldn’t have asked for an all around better experience. As an out of state buyer, living in MA I was slightly nervous about working with a dealer 4 hours away. Abby and her team were straight and narrow with negotiating. They accommodated me with a fair deal we were both happy with, no haggling or games. They prepared user friendly electronic documents to review and sign to make the purchase process and financing a breeze.
