Had to return my tacoma because there was oil dripping all over the place on my garage floor.....went back and they took care of it...wiped it all down

I was assigned a service rep who seemed disengaged and unresponsive to my follow-up attempts after a mechanic left a voicemail recommending urgent repairs. Despite calling and texting, I received no reply. When I arrived an hour before closing to pick up my car, there was no visible staff available to assist or process the additional work, which left me no choice but to seek repairs elsewhere. This was disappointing, especially given my long-standing loyalty and the distance I travel to use this dealership.

Looked out for my best interest and knew exactly what I was looking for. He had everything set for me when I came to get the car. All I had to do is sign paperwork and call the insurance company.

I recently purchased a new car from Jeff Canlas, and is good experience. He was incredibly patiently answered my questions and was very easy to work with. I walked in on a whim looking for a specific vehicle in high demand. Paul was able to expedite the certification of a vehicle to get me out the door in a new car. He wouldn't budge on the rims though ;)
