Seamless experience
Came into Hackensack Toyota to try get best price for a pre-owned lower mileage vehicle than my current car and left with a brand new 2015 Toyota Venza! My sales representative, Ana, was amazing! She got the job done & the whole process took just about 2 hours. She was very personable and knowledgeable about all the available vehicles. I will be recommending her to my friends & family and will be back very soon to add a second car!

Saved my Ski Trip!
I was on my way to go skiing at Mountain Creek, when my tire pressure was suddenly VERY low. I couldn't bring my air pressure up at the gas station, and showed up to the Hackensack Toyota on a Sunday afternoon, just before they were closing. They fixed my tire, and had me on my way to my ski day in less than an hour! No new tires! Everyone was exceptionally friendly and very, very helpful. Thank you!!!!!

Service issue on Toyota Hylander
Made service appointment due to strange noise I heard while driving my vehicle - called service for appointment and they took me right away and service desk was very friendly while I waited for repair.

Worst Customer Service
We were shopping for a new car and we have experienced the worst ever customer service. We couldn't sit there more than 5 minutes. I have no idea how are they selling Toyota vehicles. One of the WORST car dealer around this area.

Pathetic experience in life.
Yesterday we had been to this show room. And experienced one of worst customer service in whole life. They not even spent 10 minutes to hear why we are there. And really surprised how they are running business.

Pathetic experience.
One of the worst ever experience in my whole life. Very .. very .. very .. very .. poor customer service. They not even spent 10 minutes with us when we had been there to buy a new Camry. Really wondering how these showroom is still running with business.

NEVER AGAIN
Went in for engine vibration and recall issue. Staff is less then friendly almost as if they hate working there. No sense of valued customer service. Anyway. ... I explained my issue to joe after 2 hour's he stated he didn't find a problem and he sent me on my way.. lol. U would think he would ask me to take a ride with him and explain the issue while driving the car. They adjusted my recall mats with out even a vacuum or wash.. no loaner car available either.

One of the best salesmen!
My husband and I decided to search for a replacement for our 2000 Dodge Dakota PU. After a lot of research we narrowed it down to a Toyota Tacoma. I had phone calls in to a different dealer who never called me back. It was just by chance that we stopped into Toyota of Hackensack. We walked to the front desk and was greeted by Chelsea, I told her we were interested in test driving a Tacoma but I wanted a salesman who was knowledgeable on trucks……she knew just the one…..Armando. Armando has been great. He has done everything in his power to make sure we received the exact truck we wanted. We are now the proud owners of a 2015 Toyota Tacoma. From start to finish Armando and his associates are a class act!
