An hour and half for inspections and tire rotation

An hour and half for inspections and tire rotation *without* an oil change *with* an appointment seems a bit long. otherwise polite service and potential to develop into great service.

Poor service.

Poor service. 1) I waited extra 50 min. - when car was ready Paul Villacres called wrong # instead of one from paperwork 2) mechanic failed to.put back nipple caps on 2 tires

Sorry to hear that your service was less than stellar. We know that customers do not like to hear this but, sometimes maintenance of vehicles do take longer than the allotted time depending on the work and how busy we are at any given time. Service provides a estimated completion time. As far as the calling the wrong number, it sounds like Paul made a honest mistake of calling the number we had on file. As far as the nipple caps, we would be happy to replace those if they are missing from two tires.

Everything went very smoothly when purchasing car; test

Everything went very smoothly when purchasing car; test drive, price negotiations, pick up a few days later. Also helpful with minor problems that surfaced within the first several days. JP took care of getting a holder for my front license plate. Then, after I drove in the rain and saw that the wipers were not right, JP got me new wipers. Very helpful.
