I had to move urgently back home to my family in Philadelphia To take care of two members in my family. This was an unexpected transition as my sister was diagnosed with both breast and brain cancer and my father’s vision deteriorated to where he could no longer live by himself. I flew back urgently and so I did not have a mode of transportation. I must’ve went to every car dealership in Philadelphia, Delco, and surrounding dealerships in the suburbs, and all the way out to West Chester. I Have to say that despite John L. Smith auto dealership being an hour away from where I am living now my experience was such that I would and will return to these guys even when I go back to the Rockies for my next set of wheels. The folks at John L Smith are amazing they allowed me to purchase a car within my budget and they were extremely patient with me and my new bank and who kept blocking the payment of my new car. They were understanding and funny and most of all they were candid and informative when it came to their vehicles in their inventory and straight up with answering my questions with regards to there stock. I went to every one of those newfangled car places that sell sell you a car and deliver it to your house thinking that they were the better deal least expensive but their customer care was horrendous and as it turned out their cars weren’t that good either. Don’t be fooled by the commercials or the Internet hype stick to the things that will give you safety and security in a vehicle. John L Smith auto dealership great cars amazing service and most importantly just simple fashion good honest upstanding people we just want you and me to be happy and safe with our new cars!!!!

We bought are 1st Honda from John L Smith yesterday and it was an enjoyable, professional experience. Unlike anything we've ever experienced. This is definitely the place to go. We are on a budget and already knew what we could spend without going over are budget and John and the staff not only got us approved but at the amount we said and not a penny more.
