Not only is their word good for toilet tissue, instead of honoring their verbal commitment, they will call YOU a liar. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THESE GUYS SAY! Stay away from this business, buy your used car elsewhere – anywhere else!

Being honest I learned of company through a friend living in Thorndale/Downingtown area. Some days after I left was a bit annoyed because car I bought had a hard start problem and immediately felt overpaid What I have learned in process is these people stand by their word. Car may have been a bit pricy but after review of what you get I'm backing off and commending Barone on producing a stand out company. I've done the research and it appears these guys care. Know more after Servicing but Dave in Service knows his job. I say you gotta buy give them a try.

John L. Smith Used Cars has taken really great care of me through several auto transactions. This time I went straight to them when my old Ford Escape which I purchased from them about 11 years ago would not pass inspection without huge cost. I immediately saw the right car for me, tried it out and bought it right away. The sales staff were so very helpful in helping me to set up the seat and to understand how everything worked.

This was my first time here. As I pulled in I was met by Dave P. as I arrived for my appointment an until I left it was an easy experience. Dave carefully explained what needed to be done on my car. The experience here was very easy. Didn't have to spend a lot of time negotiating. Dave was an excellent sales person. I was looking for a used car as a daily driver for work. They had a Honda that fit my needs.

Great car at a good price. John Barone made the process quick and easy. Had no problem letting me take the car to my mechanic to look it over and told me if the mechanic found anything wrong he would make the repair. Nothing was found wrong. My husband and I recently bought a Ford Escape from here. The owner, John, is very friendly, personable, and helpful. The buying process was quick and smooth, and I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy. We were also impressed that they offer a 3-month warranty to fix anything through their service department at a $50 deductible, so I took the car back today to get a couple things checked. Everyone was super kind and helpful, especially when it came to making the transfer from my car to the rental car smooth since I had my baby with me and had to switch over the car seat, etc. We highly recommend this dealership and will be buying from John again in the future!
