Courteous, efficient. Was able to wait for vehicle despite social distancing requirements. Waiting area clean and comfortable. Would recommend Von Bortel dealership to friends and family.

Fast professional service

It was easy to make an online appointment for a New York State Inspection. My car was promptly serviced with no issues in approx 30 minutes. There was plenty of area to spread out in what used to be the showroom while waiting the work to be done.

Efficient. Professional. Honest.

Professional service personnel. Efficient in repairs, fair price. All good. I have been to this dealer about 10 times for various repairs, major and minor. Always excellent service experience.

Alex was so easy to work with and explained everything. Answered all our questions and everything was perfect. Considering we are in the mist of the Corona virus shut down, the entire transaction was amazingly smooth.

During this virus shutdown I was still able to seamlessly...

During this virus shutdown I was still able to seamlessly purchase a new vehicle from Van Bortel Ford. Through email and text messaging with my sales representative, I was able to get my trade appraised with the VIN# and some photos with a description of the condition. They gave me a fair price for my trade and we were able to strike a deal that I was comfortable with all without having to visit the dealership. The day I signed the paperwork was able drive away in my new truck! It took no more than 45 minutes at the dealership for the paperwork, swap out the license plates and I was on my way. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic service
