Walked in to buy a car to my teenage son who just finished cancer treatment. Was ready to spend my life savings on the car to make him happy. Lou (the boss) had zero sympathy and very rude. He didn't want to negotiate the price at all. Not even $100 or $200 off saying that's how the business stay afloat is to not negotiate price. I left feeling like xxxx. Walked out of there into another dealership (A better way autos) where I found the same exact car, with 30k miles less and $4,000 cheaper still on factory warranty for another year and a half. Everything worked out in the end for me and my son but Lou is a horrible man who deserves no business.

I bought a used car from highline today and had a great experience. Saw the car I was interested in online around noon today, and I was walking out with it registered and financed by 4pm. The facility was clean and relaxed, and our sales associate Charlie was friendly and very calm. I appreciated the non-aggressive environment of this dealership. I got a 2013 car with with 10,000 miles for just shy of $11,500. I would encourage anyone looking to purchase a great car for a fair price to explore this dealership.

Peter and Lou are great guys to deal with when purchasing a new or used vehicle. They are courteous and very accommodating to their clients and will be ready and able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I recommend this used car dealer to anyone!!!!

My wife and I recently bought a VW from Hiline. We had just had our car totalled and the laid back low pressure atmosphere was a huge relief and greatly welcome after dealing with all the stress of the accident and insurance companies . The car is very clean and was exactly as it was represented online. And Charlie , our sales rep. was helpful and understanding of our situation . We shopped around before coming here and there is no comparison to how well we were treated and how quickly Charlie made this happen for us . First time buying a used car, and was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward and painless the whole process was. Charlie was very helpful and accommodating with all my questions, and there was no shady business or pressure to buy before I was ready. Would recommend highly.

I was looking at a 2015 Mazda6 on their website and when I went down to their lot I was able to test drive the car within 5 minutes of arriving, decided I wanted this car after a bit and I asked to see the CarFax to see the history of the vehicle, no hesitation they print out the CarFax, they understand that you're making a big purchase and make sure you have all of the information that is available on the car. Tthey were able to get me out with that car in an hour and a half. I have purchased a total of 3 used cars from Highline Car Connection and every time it has been a painless process and the cars they sell me have always been reliable. I can easily recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car, the people at Highline are really good people.

We researched for months on the Internet and drove down from Maine to look at this car. We were expecting to put a down payment and pick up the car later if we liked it. But they were extremely helpful, arranged for our insurance to cover it, and figured out how we could pay for it that day. We were able then to drive it home with a list of charging stations on the way. Salespeople were very low pressure, helpful, personable, and accommodating.

I worked with Mike, He was very nice and easy to work with. One thing i like the most they don't push. That is the best way to do shop and sell. let customer think about it... if we like to finance it our way let be it, if they can offer better good too. My son and I visited Highline Car Connection after viewing one of their car listing's online. My son had been saving for the purchase of his first vehicle for some time. I wanted to ensure he found a reliable and safe vehicle at a good price. We ended up purchasing a Hyundai Accent from Highline after visiting a number of other dealerships. The experience was fantastic and my son love's his new car. The sales staff were friendly and courteous. This is not a high pressure sales environment like you get when visiting other dealerships. What really made the overall experience was the service we received after purchasing the vehicle. Their service department went through the entire vehicle performing a multi-point inspection. They had changed the oil and filter, battery, replaced all the air filters, put new front brakes and rotors on the car and put four new tires on the car for us. I will not hesitate to go back to them when it is time for me to purchase my next car.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike Bennett and his supervisor (who is also the owner). Mike was curious, kind, helpful, trusting, and most importantly trustworthy. He simply couldn’t have been better! I got a great 2014 Honda CRV that was at a very fair price, and they offered me a very fair price for my trade-in. They were never aggressive, just supportive and helpful every step of the way. I felt zero amount of pressure from them. Essentially, they were just all around nice people who never treated me any differently because I’m a woman. Plus, I was proud to have purchased my car from this Veteran owned business.
