Spoke about about 3 times over the phone and via emails
Spoke about about 3 times over the phone and via emails for used GLS 450 to make sure it’s available. They even sent me a video msg showing car. I drove 45 minutes to buy this SUV, while checking interior, one of the other sales reps showed up and told us this car was sold yesterday. Very disappointing and unprofessional service experience with this dealership and their managers, although John sales rep was nice and friendly.

I purchased a certified used S580.
I purchased a certified used S580. This dealership is the worst I have dealt with. I have purchased from west texas, cutler bay in florida, and mb - Boerne. I do not live in SA but contacted them and tried to get everything set up. Even after doing all of that, it took five hours for them to do the paperwork. Inexcusable. They mailed the license plates to me and I found out that the bracket was not in the car. I contacted them about it. They told me where to look. Not there, Local MB dealer did not find it either. I was just back there and tried to get one. I could for $120+. Said I should have contacted them within the 30 days after the sale. I sure thought I did. I even told them no one could find it. That was Dec. I was back in SA this month Apr., first time since I bought the car and they want me to pay for it. Not on your life!!!! Cheapest dealing dealership I have ever used. Will not make that mistake again.
