The dealership is nicely remodeled and has a clean sleek look. The open show floor makes it easy to view several models of Mercedes with out having to brave the unpredictable Texas weather!.

My sells person Cornelius was great.

My sells person Cornelius was great. The dealership was clean and very professional. My car was already detailed out and full of gas. My closing was easy, getting me on the road fast. I live in Louisiana, this dealership treated very good and I appreciate them.

This is the sixth vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. We always receive professional assistance with our vehicle purchases and this time it was not only professional but pleasant as well, in spite of being there for seven hours. Edward was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and went above and beyond to meet our needs and price/payment expectations. This dealership is well appointed in a quiet luxury kind

This dealership is well appointed in a quiet luxury kind of way. The best part of my visit was having Kevin Hill as my Client Advisor. Kevin was very informed about the vehicles I was thinking about. His delivery of info was spot on helping me decide between two models. My husband showed up at the end of my transaction and felt Kevin was looking out for me as a true professional and loves the SUV I chose. Go see Kevin Hill and ask about his special popcorn.

Edward Moreno was extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable on the vehicles I was looking into and the purchasing and trade-in process. I definitely felt like he had my best interest in mind, and I will ask for him the next time I purchase a vehicle though Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio.

Great dealership.

Great dealership. Very knowledgeable and attentive. My only negative feedback would be that when I went to sign my paperwork, they had me at a higher monthly payment which was a result of them changing the lending bank and rate without my knowledge. We ended up getting it worked out. Because of this error, I noticed that my credit report was checked 3 times when it should have only been checked once. This shouldn’t hurt my credit score but we will see. I would still buy my next car there. Just didn’t expect something like this to happen from a luxury dealership but we are all human.
