False advertising of vehicle inventory!! Scam artists!! Stay away!!! Confirmed multiple times before driving over an hour only to arrive and be told the vehicle was not there!!

Its rather unprofessional and lazy to not keep your website updated. What year is it, 1996? Maybe they never had the truck on their lot at all? Maybe they just listed a phantom post on their website to lure unsuspecting customers to their dealership to try to sell them a vehicle they don't actually want? I didnt stick around long enough to listen to their used car salesman pitch. I walked out before saying anything I'd later regret. I'm glad I wasted the trip. Dont make the same mistake I did.

I saw a Toyota Corolla that i liked on cars.com, i thought that with my bad credit they wouldn't be able to help me, turns out that it wasn't a problem at all! The people over the phone helped me set an appointment and the experience was great, both over the phone and in person. I strongly recommend you to visit them! If you want a vehicle this is the dealership to buy from!

We saw a truck on cars.com at this dealership. The add raved about what a great truck it was. It had everything my teenage son wanted and was in the price range we were looking for. My son called and asked if the truck was available, they said yes so my son said his dad would come the next day to see it. My husband went to the dealership and was told by Miguel it was in the shop for minor repairs and inspection. No truck...no pictures but again was promised it was as great as the ad stated. The following week Miguel said it still wasn't ready and it would take another week. The 3rd week he called, Miguel said there was an exhaust problem and it would be one more week. The 4th week, my husband called back and now Miguel says the truck is awful and they are not selling it. Miguel then tried to switch and bait him into a more expensive truck and when he said we couldn't afford it, Miguel hung up on him. Number 1... Miguel promised pictures, never got them. Number 2 ... Miguel promised calls back... never happened. Even when they decided they couldn't sell the truck. Number 3.... we passed up several other vehicles while waiting because we were promised this vehicle was great. And it was the only one we found that was exactly what we wanted. Now we have a disappointed teenager 3 weeks before Christmas not getting the truck he was hoping for.

Great service, I visited them Tuesday afternoon and their customer service was on point. The vehicle we were looking for was there and it was in good condition. We gave them a call before we went there and it was a smooth transaction

My experience at Unique was great! I found the perfect vehicle for my family and it had a very good price! Customer Service was excellent. The team is very organized, I set an appointment and my Sales rep assigned was waiting for me. He recommended some vehicles and I'm sure I got the best one! It was in perfect condition. The transaction was very fast and I have my vehicle now! Highly recommended!
