Worst dealer ever! Run away fast!
Absolutely the worst dealer ever! Run away as fast as you can. We called about a vehicle and scheduled a time to come look/buy, drove 1hr and a half to be told the car had sold days ago! They use a call center that act’s like the dealer and they don’t even know if the car is available. As I write this review, guess what the car that’s been sold weeks ago is still listed as available. The good news is that after visiting the dealer It would have been a waste of time anyway because everything on the lot was garbage!

Good attention
The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this dealership. They help me with my purchase of my 2018 Toyota Tacoma, accepted my trade in without problem and helped me with financing

This dealer had a 2019 Nissan Frontier, low mileage and loaded with options advertised for what appeared to be well below market value. We contacted them and made an appointment to test drive this truck. Drove well over two hours on our Saturday off from work, only to arrive and be told the truck had been sold. Is it too much to ask for a phone call to let us know that before we drove well over 100 miles to see it? Our appointment was with "Will", but the Will we spoke to at the lot said it must have been the other "Internet Will". So where was the salesman we had the appointment with??? My opinion is that this was a bait ad just to get us there, and then try to sell us something else on the lot. They didn't seem bothered at all that we wasted half a day of our rare time off from work, in addition to a tank of gas. I would recommend you run, not walk away from these dishonest people!! I don't do business with people like this!!

Absolutely the worst dealer! Run away fast, they are a joke. First off, don’t waste your time driving there because they use a call center to field calls and will tell you a vehicle is available and even set up an appointment to view/buy when the vehicle is and has been sold for some time. Unfortunately I fell victim to their bull crap and wasted an hour and a half drive. Once there I realized it would’ve been a waste of time even if the vehicle was there because what was on the lot was total garbage! By the way as I write this review the vehicle that’s been sold is still listed as available lol.

Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
I went to purchase a Jeep from this dealership on June 13, 2020. I called and spoke to Jamie. He stated the Jeep was there and I explained to him that I thought the $1000 processing fee was a bit much. I told him I was paying cash and would do the DMV work myself. He stated that the price was negotiable. My sister and I drove over 2.5 hours to look at a jeep. Jamie would not go over numbers with me said I had to wait for the finance manager. After waiting over an hour to speak to him. He proceeds to tell me the processing fee is $1,499.00, and that there are additional fees that are required due to the amount of money they have to pay the auction house. Now I am adding $2,000 to the price of the Jeep. Nope. They can make that money on someone else. Now for the jeep. The jeep had an inspection sticker of 3/21 (meaning done in March 2020), yet I was told they did not have the jeep that long. It is my understanding in VA that the dealership is required to have an inspection done before they can sell it. If they did have it done, it should have not passed, the tires are bald, turning signal did not work and stereo did not work. Yes, turning signal is an easy fix, tires about $1,000, and a new stereo couple $100. Sad to call and be lied to and then spend all that time going there and coming back home, over 5 hours. This is what gives dealerships bad names.
